What’s involved in the workshop?
The Centre offers workshop facilitation for teams, groups, and networks across the organisation.
The workshops are designed to be interactive and practical.
Participants will:
- Learn how the core qualities of generous leadership support effective teams and thriving research environments
- Hear real leadership stories from senior colleagues
- Build awareness of your own leadership style and practice
- Translate concepts into practical actions to help you and your teams lead generously
Session duration: 1.5 – 2 hours.
