Generous Leadership in Action Workshops

Translating the principles of Generous Leadership into practical actions that strengthen leadership capability and confidence.


What’s involved in the workshop?

The Centre offers workshop facilitation for teams, groups, and networks across the organisation.

The workshops are designed to be interactive and practical.

Participants will:

  • Learn how the core qualities of generous leadership support effective teams and thriving research environments
  • Hear real leadership stories from senior colleagues
  • Build awareness of your own leadership style and practice
  • Translate concepts into practical actions to help you and your teams lead generously

Session duration: 1.5 – 2 hours.

Participant numbers: Flexible
