Managing with Impact is a comprehensive and practical, modular training programme, for staff in any job family, which provides an in-depth introduction to the foundation skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to manage others effectively.
You will probably be early in your management career and looking to enhance your practice or a manager with a few years' experience who has yet to have a formal development opportunity. The programme is centred around four, full-training modules and is supported by a number of learning opportunities, such as self-study, reading and viewing, Action Learning Sets, profiling and 1:1 coaching.
