Learning Outcomes: On completing the course, students should be able to use Excel spreadsheets to handle and present business data sets appropriately.

Content: The unit will cover the use of Excel in handling and presenting some types of data which are particularly relevant in Business. Collating and categorising data. Data description. Data display; graphs, charts and tables. Correlation. Simple linear regression. Introduction to time series.
