The course reproduces real-life scenarios and encourages the spontaneous use of language when talking about family, hobbies, work, travel and recent personal events. It follows a graded programme of study. Previous learning is consolidated and additional linguistic structures and phrases are introduced and practised enabling students to refer to the past, the present and the future and to link a series of discrete elements into a linear sequence.
