The deadlines outlined on this page are for completed applications, supporting documentation and the Head of Department/Division assessment form to be submitted to HR by Departments/Divisions via the Academic Promotion SharePoint site.

All deadlines are 11:59pm that day unless stated otherwise by the Academic Career Progression Team in our communications.

You must check with your Head of Department/Division or Department Coordinator for any internal deadlines as these may not align with every Academic Staff Committee meeting. Faculties should also circulate the timings of these internal deadlines within their departments.

Promotion to Senior Lecturer

Promotion from Research Associate to Research Fellow
