There are up to four ceremonies a day, at:
- 10am
- 12.30pm
- 3pm
- 5.30pm

Gown collection
Collect your pre-ordered gown and have your official photographs taken in Bath Pavilion from:
- 8am if your ceremony is at 10am or 12.30pm
- 12.30pm if your ceremony is at 3pm or 5.30pm
You must order your gown and photography in advance.
Your guests can join you for photographs, but they don't need to accompany you to collect your gown.

Have your ticket email ready to show the ushers at the door.
You must check in with staff at the registration desk at the back of the Abbey before 9.45am. This is to make sure your name is read out during the ceremony.
9.30am
All graduates and guests should be seated.
9.45am
Listen to the briefing by the Head Usher 15 minutes before your ceremony begins.
The Head Usher will explain the procedure for crossing the stage and give guidance to guests on clapping and photography.
10am
Ceremony starts.
Latecomers will not be allowed in, so please make sure you arrive in plenty of time.
11am (approximately)
Ceremony ends.

Photography studios closing time
The photography studios close at 7pm (4.30pm on Saturday 18 July).
Gown return deadline
You must return your gown before 7.30pm (7pm on Saturday 18 July). Please make sure you return your gown on time to avoid an additional charge.
