How to join a drop-in session

Research Computing are offering new remote drop-in sessions to researchers across the University who require support with High Performance Computing (HPC).

When: Every second Wednesday of the month

Time: 12:00 - 14:00

Where: Microsoft Teams

There is no need to book; just join the session to speak with an HPC specialist.

The drop-in sessions are for new and experienced users alike; there are no questions too big or too small.

The team will try to help directly with queries during the sessions. For more complex issues or during periods of high demand for the drop-in sessions, we can arrange for a 1:1 call at a suitable alternative time.

To add a session to your calendar, please create an event for the appropriate date/time and paste the drop-in teams link into the event description.
