Gain an advanced understanding of human decision-making. Develop the skills to ethically analyse, predict and shape human behaviour in real-world contexts.
During this master’s course, you’ll explore the intersection between psychology, economics and behavioural science. This will build your understanding of how different factors combine to influence human behaviour and decision-making within business, public policy and society.
You’ll use psychological theory, economic modelling and behavioural data to analyse how emotional responses and choices can be understood, predicted and shaped.
This will give you the foundation to design, evaluate and apply behavioural interventions and create ethical evidence-based tools and models to empower behaviour change at both a micro and macro level in settings such as:
- policy development
- market research
- consumer analytics
- consultancy
- organisational behaviour and performance
- further academic research
Whether your background is in psychology, economics, business, sociology, engineering or another discipline concerned with human behaviour or predictive modelling, this course allows you to develop an interdisciplinary perspective on some of society's most important challenges.
