His extensive experiences as a Consulting Partner with Deloitte for 15 years and previously running small independent consultancies in most sectors working with organisations like ASOS.com, Gymshark, Maersk, Dyson, BT, TfL (London Congestion Charging), Vodafone, Old Mutual, BNP Paribas and many others has provided him some insights into what growth and innovation means to many different entrepreneurs, leaders, their organisations and their people as well as himself.
