Join Nathan Guest, Corporate Partner and Head of Technology at UK leading law firm, VWV, as he takes us through some of the common pitfalls and mistakes people make when starting a business. Nathan will walk you through collaboration agreements, working with friends, business shares, potential intellectual property considerations and what you should know before you think about employing anyone.

We've seen many student businesses hit problems because they were unaware of some of the things you'll learn in this valuable workshop so it's definitely not to be missed!

Nathan Guest works closely with entrepreneurs advising on private equity, venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions and management buy outs. Nathan has a particular interest in Emerging Tech and Life Sciences businesses and he regularly provides free advice to the members of the SETsquared Bath Innovation Centre which is partnered with the university.
