Changing, Ourselves - Leadership conversations
Leadership Conversations - Psychology at work series. A series of three sessions to explore key areas of psychology and how to apply some of the learning to ourselves, our teams and our colleagues.
The psychology of motivation and change: explore some of the underpinning principles behind motivation and change and how to apply those principles to your work. We'll explore topics such as basic psychological needs, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and the steps involved in changing behaviour. We'll also have plenty of time to discuss, share ideas and connect with colleagues.
We welcome leaders and managers in all job families at any grade.
