There are four ceremonies a day at 10am, 12.30pm, 3pm and 5.30pm.

Timings for the 10am ceremony
From 8am
Collect your gown and have your official photographs taken.
Gown collection opens for you to collect your pre-ordered gown. You can order your gown and photography in advance from Graduation Attire.
The venues for gown collection and photographs will be different in May, June, and July so please refer to your ticket email for details.
Guests do not need to accompany their graduate to collect their gown but can take part in photographs.
9am
Doors to Bath Abbey open.
Guests should enter the Abbey using the front door. Ushers at the door will ask to see the ticket email sent out in advance.
Graduates must check-in with staff at the registration desk in the marquee at the rear door to the Abbey. You will then enter the Abbey via the rear door.
9.30am
Doors to the Abbey will close. All guests and graduates must be seated.
You must check-in at the Abbey before 9.30am to make sure your name is read out in the ceremony.
9.45am
Listen to the briefing by the Head Usher 15 minutes before your ceremony begins.
The briefing will detail the procedure for crossing the stage and give guidance to guests on clapping and photography.
10am
Ceremony starts.
Latecomers will not be admitted so please make sure you arrive in plenty of time.
11am approx
Ceremony finishes.
We recommend arranging a meeting point a short distance away from the Abbey as the area will be very busy.
7pm
Photography studios close.
7.30pm
Gown return deadline.
Please make sure you return your gown to avoid an additional charge.
