We are currently unable to accept new patients.

Terms and conditions

• We only accept staff and students of the University of Bath and their dependents under the age of 18. Spouses and other family members will not be accepted.
• You will not become a patient until you have attended an examination.
• Standard NHS charges apply unless you are exempt.
• If you fail to attend your initial appointment, we will not reschedule it. So please leave plenty of time to get here.

Once your details are on our database we will contact you to arrange an initial appointment. Please note that sending us the form does not guarantee an appointment.

We reserve the right to withdraw and stop accepting new patients at any time.
