Accommodation Bursary

The Accommodation Bursary will be deducted from either your January or April university-housed accommodation costs, depending on when we received your household income assessment.

Corporate/Donor-Funded Scholarships

Corporate/donor-funded scholarships are usually paid in December, February and April, dependent on when the individual donor has completed their selection and allocation process. If applicable, the specific payment dates will be confirmed within your award email.

Alternative payment schedules

If you have had a drop in household income of 15% or more since the last tax year, you can request a current year household income assessment from the Student Loans Company.

The payment schedule for students who become eligible for the Bath Bursary due to a drop in household income may differ to the schedule above. Details of any alternative payment schedule will be included in your award email.

Payment method

Cash payments will be made by direct bank transfer. Bank details will need to be provided through your student SAMIS account when requested, otherwise payment will be delayed. The deadline for providing bank details will be included in your award email. Changes to bank details can be made through your Student SAMIS account at any time but will need to be made at least two weeks before a payment date to take effect.

Campus credit will be added to the Bath Go app. You must ensure that you have read the Terms and Conditions of use.

If you are studying the Bath MPharm degree at the University of Plymouth, you will be sent your campus credit via e-voucher to your university email address.
