- record who agrees to the license terms and conditions to use the HAUS model
- stay in touch with users to get feedback to help us improve the model
- report to our funders on how often the model is downloaded and why it is used
- ensure it is being used appropriately
Lawful bases and data protection rights

You can request other information such as details about where we get personal information from and who we share personal information with. Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

- Contract: We have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.
- Legitimate interest: We collect or use the information so that we can monitor how the HAUS model is used, report on this to our funders, and improve our service. Your information will be held securely, and we will not share your data with anyone else.

We will retain information for three years. After this time, your data will be deleted securely.
