Angus Gueterbock Student Governor
Will undertake the responsibilities of members of governing bodies as set out in the CUC Guide for Members of Higher Education Governing Bodies in the UK.
Career
Angus Gueterbock is serving a term as President of the University of Bath Students’ Union, having previously held the role of Sport Officer. Alongside his role as Chair of the Board of Trustees, he is focussed on strategy, organisational development, student experience and graduate employability.
Angus is a graduate of the University of Bath, with a MEng, in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, specialising in space science and technology. He hails from Portsmouth, where he previously studied at University Technical College Portsmouth.
During his time at the University, Angus served several terms as Vice-Chair of the American Football Club and a single term as Chair of the Sport Executive Committee and member of SUmmit. It was through these roles that he found his passion for advocacy and representation, leading him to stand for office.
