The Heads of Terms (HoTs) is non-legally binding, with expected key obligations and responsibilities of all partners.

HoTs are part of the University's due diligence process for grants with overseas partners. This is to comply with Research Councils' requirements when applying for funding and managing projects with overseas institutions.
