Year 2

Students must select units worth 40 credits from one of the following three subject pathways in addition to taking SC22002 (Natural Sciences portfolio 2) and PH22010 (Mathematics for physics) which are compulsory regardless of which pathway is chosen:

Chemistry and Physics
  • Compulsory units: PH22006 (Foundations of Physics 2) and CH22008 (Fundamental concepts of chemistry).
Chemistry and Environment
  • Compulsory units: SC22003 (Environmental science and sustainability), CH22008 (Fundamental concepts of chemistry), MN22156 Digital business innovation (5 credits), and MN22171 Marketing (5 credits).
Physics and Environment
  • Compulsory units: PH22006 (Foundations of physics 2), SC22003 (Environmental science and sustainability), MN22156 Digital business innovation (5 credits), and MN22171 Marketing (5 credits).
