United Kingdom Engagement Survey (UKES) 2024 is now open!

If you are a first or second year undergraduate student in an eligible department, you can share your views of the 2023/24 academic year so far.

UKES

The United Kingdom Engagement Survey (UKES) 2024 is a national online survey for non-final year undergraduate students asking them about the current academic year so far.

By giving your honest feedback about what is good and what could be improved, you can help us enhance the overall undergraduate experience for yourselves and future students to come.

This year is the first time since 2018 that the University of Bath are participating in UKES. To understand if this survey is an effective method for understanding our current students' experiences, we are piloting UKES with first and second year students studying in the School of Management and five other departments: Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Natural Sciences and Psychology.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential, and will remain anonymous when the results are reported later this year.

The UKES opens on Monday 5 February and closes at midnight on Thursday 29 February 2024. To encourage you to complete the survey, there is a prize draw to win 1 x £250 cash prize. You will be automatically entered into the prize draw, but we would encourage you to complete the survey by midnight on the closing date.

If you'd like to take part in this year's UKES, please click on the survey link below. You will need to enter your Bath username and student number to access the survey. These can be found on your library card and SAMIS profile, or in an email sent to your university inbox (search 'UKES 2024').
