Bath Methodists are an open and inclusive group of Christians who meet to worship and pray together, to learn and grow in the Christian faith, to serve the local community, to work for peace and justice and to share the story of God’s love with others. They meet on Sundays on two sites – Bath Methodist Church at Walcot Chapel and Bath Methodist Church at Southdown Centre. There is a residential Christian community in Chapel House for students from both universities. The Southdown Centre is the base for the Southdown Whiteway Church & Community Partnership which runs and supports a variety of community activities.

Service details

• Sundays 10.30am – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Sundays at Walcot Chapel and Southdown Centre
• 4th & 5th Sundays – ‘Worship Together’ alternating between the two sites
• 1st Sunday of the month – 9am Morning Prayer in the hall at Walcot Chapel. Followed by breakfast.
