The University of Bath and The SU Bath warmly welcome our whole community, LGBTQ+ and allies, to join us for Campus Pride this spring.
Book in for one of our workshops, drop-in to hang out with friends and browse the stalls at the fair, and grab a ticket for our finale drag show!
Once again the event will be hosted mostly in The Edge meaning we’ll all stay warm and dry in the unpredictable British weather.
Food and drinks will be available to purchase in The Edge Café from 5pm.

Workshops
15.00-16.00
Meditation workshop – Suitable for complete beginners, queer friendly meditation practitioner Lucy will guide you through an introduction to meditation, what it is, and what it can be used for; as well as taking you on guided meditations during the session. You’re bound to finish the workshop feeling relaxed and centred! Book now.
Mandalas for mindfulness workshop - Local artist Stephen will guide you through the process, no previous art experience required. Mindful art practice is to help focus the mind in the moment, and exclude distracting thoughts. All materials provided, book now.
16.00-17.00
Giant fan making workshop – Make your own THWAPPING fan! Not only are they useful for cooling you down in hot ballrooms, you can also use them to show your appreciation for our drag acts later in the day! All materials provided, book now.
Canvas tote decorating– Design your own Pride bag! All materials provided (and yes, there will be plenty of glitter.) Book now!
Chalk the Parade

We will provide buckets of pavement chalk for us to make our mark on the Parade outside the Library! Think flags, quotes, doodles, hearts and stars – to show our Pride at Bath. We will then parade together over to The Edge for the fair – so bring your flags, banners and most fabulous outfits!
Food, bar and stalls open

No need to book – just pop into The Edge foyer and check out the stalls on offer whilst enjoying a drink and snack from The Edge Cafe. We will have groups from around the University showcasing what they do, as well as external stalls including Off the Record.
