Research Culture month is taking place in June.

Over the course of February- April, over 150 people participated in the consultation on research culture from across every job type and career stage. Your feedback has been extraordinarily rich and informative, and we’ve been working hard to consolidate all your ideas and comments into a revised set of aims and objectives*.

This event will provide an update on how we consolidated your feedback, and share insights from the consultation, to include

  • What priorities emerged from the consultation?
  • What has changed?
  • What will happen next?
  • What challenges/ opportunities do we anticipate ahead?

We’ll also offer a brief insight into how REF is developing ideas around the assessment of People, Culture and Environment, and how we plan to prepare for REF alongside the delivery of the priorities you have all so generously helped to establish.

As part of the event you will have the opportunity to ask your questions and network with colleagues.

*You can see the first drafts here. Note that we have decided to leave the documents open for comment and would welcome anyone else to add and share their views.
