Research Project Management Service
We offer professional project management support to academic staff, giving you more time to carry out your research.
We are responsible for:
- managing research projects and programmes using PRINCE2 and other methodologies
- working with academics to oversee projects
- supporting your human resources needs, such as recruiting project staff
- coordinating project meetings
- managing project communications
- administration and finances including budgets and forecasts
