Please note that we are not able to provide feedback via email on applications.

There are occasions where the Careers Centre is closed. Check our planned closures page for the latest updates.

Drop-in support

We offer drop-in support in the Careers Centre from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. When you visit the Careers Centre you will speak with our front desk staff. They will either:

  • be able to resolve your question immediately
  • add you to the drop-in queue to speak to a Careers Consultant, Applications Adviser or Student Employability Coach

Our Careers Consultants, Applications Advisers and Student Employability Coaches can help with career queries, CV reviews, and application assistance. Depending on how busy the drop-in is, you will get around 10-15 minutes with our staff.

All our staff can help all students and graduates. However, each Careers Consultant covers a Faculty/School and some staff have their own areas of expertise.

Remote support

If you are away from Bath we can still help. Contact Careers on 01225 386009 or email careers@bath.ac.uk. In most cases we will provide immediate help or we’ll arrange a callback with one of our staff.

Appointments

Most appointments are arranged by referral. Usually referrals will be made during a drop-in chat with our Careers Consultants, Applications Advisers or Student Employability Coaches.

We also offer bookable appointments for clients with disabilities or long-term health conditions. These can be booked on MyFuture, through the Helpdesk, or by emailing careers-plus@bath.ac.uk.
