Key responsibilities
- supporting and enhancing the informed Student Voice through a range of student engagement mechanisms
- supporting development and implementation of the University’s student survey strategy including the National Student Survey (NSS) and the Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES)
- offering guidance and support to staff and the Students’ Union on internal and external surveys of the student cohort
- administering the University’s Protocol on the Surveying of Students
- reviewing, monitoring and evaluating student survey data and providing overview reports to university committees
- servicing the Directors of Studies Forum
- assisting in disseminating good practice around the student learning experience and quality
- undertaking research into the student learning experience and quality across the sector
- serving as a member of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Learning, Teaching and Quality Committee
