To mark World Mental Health Day, we are launching Be Well at Bath, our whole University approach to mental health and wellbeing.
This follows the good news that we received the University Mental Health Charter Award which recognises our achievements to date and will help shape our progress in the coming years.
Hear more about Be Well at Bath and its aims from both Professor Cassie Wilson, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience), and Professor Jane White, Vice-President (Community & Inclusion) in their video below.

Get involved
There are lots of ways to get involved and have your voice heard.
On World Mental Health Day, we are asking everyone in our community to make a small change or do something today to consider their wellbeing or the wellbeing of others within our community, it could be:
• if you’re a student, download the Be Well app for lots of valuable resources to support your wellbeing and mental health
• if you’re a member of staff, visit the events page to consider joining networks or workshops
• if you're a team leader or manager, promote the Workplace Wellbeing Wheel to colleagues or take five minutes to find out more about it yourself
• reach out for support with staff wellbeing or student wellbeing, or simply start a conversation with someone.
