Wellbeing Advisers give students help and advice on all welfare and wellbeing issues. We run daily drop-in sessions on campus.


Sexual assault or harassment

If you are a student who has been affected by sexual assault, harassment or rape we can advise you on how to get help and support.

Read Well is a joint project run by Students Services and the Library to offer books that can support your wellbeing.

Silvercloud is an online self-help platform for wellbeing and mental health which offers secure access to online CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) programmes.

About us

Our service is made up of specialist professional Wellbeing Advisers. We provide a confidential service to all students offering emotional support, practical advice, social activities or just a listening ear.
