With longer days and warmer weather, summer is a great time to get walking, wheeling and cycling to work. We appreciate that active travel is not accessible for everyone but for those who can, switching up your commute offers many benefits:
- boost your wellbeing
- increase fitness
- reduce traffic congestion
- improve local air quality
- save you money
- lower your environmental impact
Join us on Wednesday 3 June as we mark World Bike Day. We encourage you to get involved and take advantage of the active travel initiatives that support our staff and student community.
