We can calculate everything!
Use Bath's supercomputers in your next research project
Supercomputers are used to accelerate scientific discovery in all academic disciplines. From big data analysis in social sciences to engineering simulations, physical sciences modelling and business-related forecasting.
Supporting Research Focus Week, Bath's Research Computing team is offering two Research and Grant Support Clinics.
- Tuesday 10 January, 14:00 - 15:00 (online Teams meeting)
- Thursday 12 January, 15:00 - 16:00 (online Teams meeting)
Get help with:
- Costing research software development support into your grant proposal
- Calculating the cost of running specific HPC (high performance computing) workloads
- Estimating your data storage costs
- Securing funding for your supercomputing research
You don’t need to register for these drop-in clinics; simply come along for an informal chat about your research and how our services can be incorporated into your grant proposal.
The clinic is run as an online Teams Meeting to make it easy for you to attend, and we will aim to answer all questions during this one-hour session.
If we run out of time, you can either book a follow-up Research Software Support appointment or use the Research Computing TopDesk form to request additional help and support.
