The aim of the workshop is to give managers the tools and confidence to address performance management issues in professional services staff. This is an interactive session using case studies to bring our organizational policies to life, supporting practical application.
Course structure
- This course will be delivered in-person event (on campus) or virtual session (MS Teams) as a three hour session (including a short break)
- There is a requirement to complete pre-work in advance of attending the session
