During the session we will review theories on motivation, the importance of feedback and understanding the evolving psychological contract we have at work, viewed through the perspectives of an inter-generational workforce. We will also consider how feeling psychologically safe supports workplace motivation and performance.
The in-person workshop is supported by a range of additional blended learning resources which can be accessed through a playlist hosted on our Development toolkit, offering managers the opportunity to engage with a wide range of resources tailored to their particular interests.
