This yearly international conference was initiated as a modest one day workshop on hydraulic pumps in 1988. Quickly the current three day format was adopted and with year-on-year growth and the partnership with the ASME established in 2008, the Bath/ASME Symposium for Fluid Power and Motion Control is now one of the most recognised conferences in its field.
