We always welcome your feedback.


If you have any comments or worries please speak to any member of staff or write to us if you wish to. If you need more help you may contact Bath and North East Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group or the Practice Manager.

We may, later this year, write to you and ask for your views on how the service is working.

If you have any complaints or comments about the service you have received please contact the practice manager, Jane Timothy in writing or by calling 01225 333931. These will be dealt with in accordance with our Code of Practice for complaints handling.
