If you have any comments or worries please speak to any member of staff or write to us if you wish to. If you need more help you may contact the Practice Manager.

If you have any complaints or comments about the service you have received please contact the practice manager, Jane Timothy in writing or by calling 01225 333931. These will be dealt with in accordance with our Code of Practice for complaints handling.


The practice has various practice policies which are available on request:

  • Complaints Policy
  • Disclosure of Data

If you prefer to complain directly to the commissioning organisation

If your complaint is about primary care services such as GPs, dentists, opticians or pharmacy services, you should contact Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICB.
