This online workshop will be run by Staff Health and Wellbeing Manager, Nicola Riley.
By the end of the session, you will have:
- considered the framing around what it means to thrive
- reflected on how you think and feel about times of intensity
- considered how you can be at your best during these times
- identified simple strategies that may be helpful to introduce
- knowledge of where to find helpful resources
- an understanding of how to use a Wellbeing Action Plan
