AV support and services are provided by three teams. IT & AV Support Desk: 1st point of contact for University staff & students, handling all queries & requests. Standard Support: IT & AV support for University spaces, including DDaT-managed devices & equipment. Learning & Events Technology: specialised third-line support for AV equipment, supports major University events & conferences, planning, design & replacement of equipment and basic Panopto support.
