Please complete the following pre-work before attending the course:
- download and print the course handout and bring this to the session
- we recommend that you complete the online Staff Development & Performance Review (SDPR) module on Moodle (accessed via self-enrolment) before being reviewed for the first time
- familiarise yourself with the relevant SDPR forms and related guidance
- be ready to share the benefits you have experienced from having a performance and development review
