To get a University mobile phone, you will need to read the University guidance and sign this form to say you agree with the conditions.

Form

Before we can order your work mobile phone, we need you to sign the 'University Mobile Phone Guidance Acceptance' form. By signing, you’re confirming that you’ve read the University guidance on mobile phones and agree to the conditions.

Once signed, please send the form to your finance team when you request a mobile phone for work use. The IT Purchasing Team will only be able to order the device after we’ve received your signed form.
