About this accommodation
You can apply to live in The Exchange through the University's ResLife team. You then speak to Hello Student, who privately manage the accommodation.
The Exchange is a block of 78 rooms in central Bath for postgraduate and international students.
Flats are for between four and six people, with single and mixed sex living options.
It's located right in the vibrant hub of Bath's city centre, by all of the main shops, restaurants, bars, cinema and more. A large supermarket is a five-minute walk away.
The accommodation is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop, so you can still get to campus quickly and easily.
The Exchange has en-suite bathrooms with showers and toilets.
There is a launderette in the building, so you don't have to go far to do your washing.
To make you feel safe and at home, The Exchange has secure key access to buildings, flats and bedrooms. Secure bike storage is also available.

An en-suite bedroom in The Exchange costs between £241 and £253 a week.
This is between £12,291 and £12,903 for the full 51 week contract.
