Cancellation procedure

Cancellation by alumni

Cancellation of a booking to one of our events will be dealt with as follows:

  • A cancellation received by the Department of Development & Alumni Relations two weeks or more before the date of the event will receive a full refund.
  • Those who cancel within two weeks, or who fail to turn up to the event on the day, will not receive a refund.

Please note that online transactions can only be refunded directly to the payment card if you cancel within 60 days of your original transaction. After this date refunds will be made by bank transfer or cheque, and for US based alumni, cheque only.  

Cancellation by the University of Bath Department of Development & Alumni Relations

We reserve the right to cancel an event. In the event of such a cancellation we shall refund the full value of the booking. We will endeavour to contact all attendees wherever possible, through contact details given to us at time of booking.

In the event of a cancellation by the  Department of Development & Alumni Relations, we will be unable to reimburse travel or other associated costs related to this event.
