Cancellation policy

What happens if you are unable to attend an event, or if the Advancement Office cancels an event.


Procedure


Cancellation by alumni

If you cancel two weeks or more before the date of the event you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within two weeks, or fail to turn up to the event on the day, you will not receive a refund.

Please note that online transactions can only be refunded directly to the payment card if you cancel within 60 days of your original transaction. After this date, refunds will be made by bank transfer or cheque and, for US based alumni, cheque only.

Cancellation by the Advancement Office

We reserve the right to cancel an event. If we need to cancel, we will refund the full value of the booking. We will endeavour to contact all attendees wherever possible, via the contact details supplied at the time of booking.

Should we need to cancel an event, we will be unable to reimburse travel or other associated costs related to this event.

Attendees should check the events pages on our website for the most up to date information about the event.
