Why I chose to study a computer science course

I liked the idea of project-lead study where you don't take a lot of different units. Instead, you take control of your own learning by carrying out practical course work.

The year-long placement is also a great experience for postgraduates as it guides you on how to prepare for job hunting.

Making the most of living in the city

I think Bath is a very friendly and beautiful small city. You won't need a lot of time to get familiar with it.

As an international student, I have found that living here has given me a good opportunity to mix in a different culture.

And don't forget to check out other interesting cities in the UK and Europe in vacation time!

My advice for international students

I would say get psychologically prepared. The life here can be different from what you are used to, but it can also be really exciting and interesting.

And, always balance your time between studying and doing other things. The University offers a lot to accommodate you, so don't hesitate to ask if you need any help.
