The commitment of the higher education community at the national level to listen to the ’student voice’ led to the introduction of the National Student Survey (NSS) for final year undergraduates, United Kingdom Engagement Survey (UKES) for non-final year undergraduates and Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES) and Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES) for postgraduates.
