The Interpreting and Translating scholarship is applied as a tuition fee discount to help you fund your studies.
The Interpreting and Translating scholarships aim to reward students with strong academic credentials.
The total value of the scholarship fund is £15,000 and depending on the number of suitable applications, the total scholarship amount will be divided between multiple applicants. The minimum award amount is £3,000 and the scholarship will be applied as a discount on your tuition fees.

To apply for this funding, you must hold an offer for one of our MA Interpreting and Translating European or Russian language courses or one of our MA Translation and Professional Language Skills courses for 2024 entry.
The funding is not available to those applying for the MA Interpreting and Translating Chinese course or the MA Translation with Business Interpreting course.
To apply, you must have a high academic achievement; the equivalent of a 1st Honours degree or, exceptionally, a high 2:1 degree. We will also consider your performance at interview when making a decision for funding.
