Join our research into recovery from anorexia nervosa
We need volunteers to help us research recovery from anorexia nervosa in the year after leaving treatment.
Eating disorders, such as anorexia nervosa, can impact all areas of a person’s life. This can make recovery challenging.
We are interested in seeing how different aspects of someone’s life (such as motivation to recover and one's social support system) and their thinking styles affect recovery in the year after they are discharged from treatment.
This will help us understand more clearly what factors can lead to relapse. We hope to use our findings to inform the development of tools that can help prevent this in the future.

We are recruiting volunteers to join this study until 31 December 2025.
