User support

Use the Research Computing TopDesk form to request help with any problem.


Need help? Simply submit a request via our TopDesk form. We are available between 8.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Get help using one of our supercomputers, advice from a research software engineer or help costing a research proposal. If you experience issues getting the help you need, please escalate using our anonymous feedback form.

You can contact the Research Computing Team by sending us a TopDesk request.

The Research Computing Operations Group oversee our work and ensure our services meet the University's research and teaching needs.

Please contact a group member if you feel our current services don't meet your needs or if you would like to raise an issue. They will then consider this and make recommendations.
