During Welcome Week 2024 you must attend department and central Welcome Week events which will help you settle into University life.


Timetable

Arrivals Weekend is from Friday 20 September to Sunday 22 September 2024.

Welcome Week runs from Monday 23 September to Friday 27 September 2024.

You must attend a University Life session taking place over arrivals weekend. Find your University Life time slot. It’s important that you attend this.

11.15am 1.00pm 10 West 2.47 Introduction to the Masters Programmes. This will be followed by a sandwich lunch.
1.00pm 2.00pm Leaves from 10 West 2.47 Campus Tour
2.15pm 4.05pm 10W 2.47 Networking, technical skills development, and real-world business challenges
5.30pm 6.30pm Science Marquee behind 8 West PGT Buddying Welcome event for all courses. Sign up to join the scheme and attend this event here.

12.15pm 2.05pm Microsoft Teams Director of Studies available to discuss Semester 1 optional unit choices. You can book a meeting here from Monday 23 September.
1.15pm 1.45pm 10 West 2.02 MSc Biotechnology with Entrepreneurship - An introduction to the units delivered by the School of Management with Dr Bruno Oliveira
2.15pm 3.00pm The Parade The SU Sports Day: Use this free time to meet the sports clubs and teams and find out how to join. This is an optional activity.
3.15pm 4.05pm Online on Zoom Never OK: Understand the community of the University of Bath, and how you can be an active bystander and promote equality.

11.00am 3.00pm Founders' Hall The SU Freshers Fair: Use this free time to explore what's on offer at the University and in Bath and pick up some freebies. This is an optional activity.
