Nursery Room Leader (fixed-term role)

We have a really exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a key leadership role within our Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" nursery setting.
About the role
As Nursery Room Leader, you will be at the heart of our nursery, leading by example and contributing to the growth and development of our young children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring Excellence: Enable an environment where each child flourishes, ensuring their individual needs are met and their progress celebrated.
- Guiding a Team: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated people, nurturing their talents and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- EYFS: You’ll get to collaborate with colleagues to design engaging and innovative activities for our young children
- Networking: Interact with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement in their child's educational journey.
What we're looking for in you:
- A creative thinker with the ability to design and implement captivating activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Demonstrated experience in an early year’s setting, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to safeguarding our children, ensuring their care and education are second to none.
- Hold a relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3) and a clear passion for early years education.
