Teaching Fellow in Infection and Immunity, and/or microbial genomics

The Department of Biology and Biochemistry at the University of Bath is seeking to appoint a full-time Teaching Fellow in Microbiology on a temporary basis (from 1 August 2019 - 31 July 2022) to deliver exceptional teaching and assessment across a range of undergraduate units with an emphasis on Infection and Immunity and microbial genomics.

We are a leading Department across a broad range of biological disciplines including microbiology. Our teaching consistently receives very high student satisfaction scores in the National Student Survey (NSS).

The successful applicant will have a PhD in microbiology, or in a related subject area with postdoctoral experience in microbiology, and some experience in supporting undergraduate teaching.
