Registry Services Officers provide essential administrative and project support within our busy department. As a Registry Services Officer, you will use your proven administrative experience across the range of our services.

Initially in your role, you will work closely with our academic policy team and with our student and course records team, helping to implement strategic curriculum change projects. You will be able to systematically interpret information and data, of varying complexity, to provide effective support for education committees and working groups.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced and adaptable administrator, with a careful eye for detailed work and ideally have experience in the Higher Education sector. You will be passionate about improving our services by turning plans into action. You will recognise the priorities in your own independent work and help junior members of the department to do the same. You should be comfortable with learning, using, and developing our range of systems and processes, as well as with sharing this knowledge with colleagues across the University.

Our Registry Services Officers are exciting opportunities because of the breadth and variety of the roles. Your professional development will be supported by our management team and the rest of our experienced colleagues. You will use your existing strengths every day and you will develop new skills and expertise by being a key part of the work we do across the department.

The role will suit those wishing to advance their careers in higher education administration. If you’re looking for a new challenge within a supportive and hard-working team, we want to hear from you.

For an informal discussion about the role, please contact Georgina Eggleston, Assistant Director, g.eggleston@bath.ac.uk.
