This is an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals with a background in AV support and service delivery to join our Support Team within Digital Data and Technology Department. The University is currently expanding its campus with several new learning spaces.

As a part of a dedicated AV team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the provision of excellent support services to staff, students and conference customers. The role will involve substantial contact with an array of computer and audio-visual equipment to support conferences, teaching rooms, project work, and technical systems support work. Ideally, you will have skills in control systems programming and maintenance, such as Crestron or Extron systems; and in leading operational support teams in supporting learning spaces.

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skill

Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
