The position of Team Supervisor is a crucial role within the Facilities Section, essential in allowing the Department of Estates to provide an effective and efficient customer-focused service. 

You will achieve this by providing day to day supervision of the cleaner/porters within designated areas, ensuring all duties are carried out to a high standard in accordance with the University of Bath’s policies and procedures. You will have a thorough and methodical attitude to work and, due to the nature of the work, must be able to lift and carry a reasonable weight. 

You will lead by example and have the ability to communicate well with University staff, students and visitors across all levels.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday (36.5 hours per week) – 05:00hrs (5.00am) to 12:48hrs (12.48pm).

The Department of Estates is a large, diverse and busy department responsible for the development, upkeep and management of all of the University's buildings and estate.
